Ghadir’s representatives are currently active in the cities of Tabriz, Isfahan, and Tehran. By developing a digital system for remote communication with its induction furnaces and control systems, Ghadir Company has provided the possibility of remote troubleshooting of devices. By connecting the induction furnace to the internet, it is possible to receive furnace signals remotely. By examining these signals, Ghadir’s experts detect the defects of the induction furnace and service the furnace using local technicians present in the customer’s factory. Short time to providing services, 16-hour online services, and sincere relationships with customers are other considerations of Ghadir Group. After installation and commissioning, the following activities are performed: • Training the customer’s technical personnel for proper operation • Training the customer’s technical personnel for proper maintenance • Setting a schedule for periodic visits to the customer’s site within a period of 3 months
